# Bedding Export Packing and Shipping Guide

Export bedding preparation should align product packing, carton marks, inspection timing, loading notes and logistics handoff before shipment. The packing plan should be confirmed with the approved sample and final order specification.

## Packing Scope

- Inner packing: retail bag, box, folded presentation, insert card, hangtag or compression packing
- Labels and barcodes: care labels, woven labels, SKU labels, barcodes and FNSKU
- Master cartons: carton quantity, carton marks, SKU identification, size labels and destination requirements
- Inspection timing: packing accuracy checked against approved sample, component list and final specification
- Loading notes: carton data and coordination for bulky bedding, compressed items or mixed SKUs
- Forwarder handoff: delivery window, pickup plan, carton data and document expectations

## Export Flow

1. Approve folded, bagged, boxed, compressed or carton-only packing for each product.
2. Review labels, inserts, barcodes, FNSKU and carton mark instructions.
3. Match component count, inner-pack count and master-carton quantity to the order specification.
4. Confirm carton marks, SKU, colour, size, quantity and destination identification.
5. Align inspection status, loading notes, delivery timing and forwarder pickup requirements.
6. Keep approved sample, packing photos and order documents for repeat-order consistency.
