# Bedding Supplier Evaluation Checklist

Buyers should evaluate a bedding supplier by factory type, product range, sampling process, specification control, quality checkpoints, certificate readiness, packaging support, export preparation and communication. The best supplier can turn a clear brief into repeatable bulk production.

## Evaluation Framework

- Factory type: source factory, trading company or mixed partner
- Product range: bedding sets, sheets, fitted sheets, quilts, comforters, blankets, pillows and mosquito nets
- Sample process: fabric handfeel, dimensions, set build, colour, trims, labels and packing review
- Quality control: measurements, stitching, component count, fabric appearance, labels, barcodes and packing accuracy
- Compliance readiness: certificates, test reports, audit documents, care labels and buyer protocols
- Export preparation: unit packing, master cartons, carton marks, compression packing, warehouse staging and forwarder handoff

## Questions To Ask

- Can the supplier make the required bedding category, size range and fabric direction?
- How are approved samples, artwork, measurements, labels and packing instructions recorded?
- What affects MOQ and lead time for this product?
- Which QC checkpoints are reviewed before shipment?
- Can the supplier support care labels, woven labels, inserts, barcodes, FNSKU, bags, boxes and carton marks?
- Can SKU data, approved samples, artwork files and packing rules be reused for repeat orders?
