# Bedding Specification Sheet and Tech Pack Guide

A bedding specification sheet should record the product category, market, size table, set build, fabric, colour, labels, packaging, quality checkpoints and delivery requirements before sampling or bulk production. Clear specs reduce sample changes and make repeat orders easier to manage.

## Specification Fields

- Product and market: product category, destination market, selling channel, price tier, quantity and stock or OEM route
- Size table: exact dimensions, component count, pillowcase configuration, fitted-sheet pocket depth and tolerances
- Material: fabric composition, handfeel, GSM, fill weight, warmth level, wash treatment and care expectations
- Appearance: colour, print, jacquard, embroidery, lace, piping, quilting, trims and approved reference images
- Branding and packing: woven labels, care labels, inserts, barcodes, FNSKU, bags, boxes, compression and carton marks
- Approval rules: sample review, approved-sample reference, QC checkpoints, document needs and delivery window

## Spec Workflow

1. Buyer shares product, market, quantity, reference images and commercial target.
2. Factory and buyer align fabric, dimensions, set build, labels and packing details.
3. The sample is checked against the sheet for material, size, workmanship and appearance.
4. The approved sheet guides production, inspection, packing and repeat-order records.
