# Bedding Sample Approval Process

Bedding sample approval should confirm the specification before bulk production: fabric handfeel, size table, set build, workmanship, colour, trims, labels, packaging, carton marks and documented revisions. A clear approval record helps the factory repeat the sample accurately in production.

## Approval Checklist

- Brief match: product category, market, quantity, price tier and specification sheet
- Material and handfeel: fabric composition, GSM, fill weight, warmth, softness, finish and care expectations
- Size and set build: finished dimensions, pocket depth, component count, pillowcase configuration and closures
- Workmanship: stitching, seams, quilting, elastic, trims, embroidery, lace, thread cleanup and visible defects
- Labels and packaging: woven labels, care labels, inserts, barcodes, FNSKU, bags, boxes and carton marks
- Approval record: approved points, revisions, reference photos, QC checks and bulk-production conditions

## Review Flow

1. Receive the sample and compare it with the buyer brief and specification sheet.
2. Measure size, inspect workmanship and confirm material, colour, labels and packing.
3. Record required revisions with clear photos, dimensions, wording or artwork notes.
4. Confirm final sample status before production, QC and packing preparation begin.
