# Bedding Quality Claims and After-Sales Guide

Wholesale bedding quality claims should include order data, affected quantity, carton information, clear photos or videos, approved sample references and the expected review outcome. Good claim records help the factory review defects, shortages, label issues, packing problems and repeat-order prevention.

## Claim Evidence Checklist

- Order data: purchase order, product name, SKU, size, colour, shipment date and affected quantity.
- Issue photos: clear photos or videos showing defect location, size issue, colour difference, workmanship or damage.
- Carton details: carton number, carton mark, inner pack count, outer condition and receiving notes.
- Approved reference: approved sample, specification sheet, label file, barcode file or packing instruction.
- Review outcome: replacement review, credit discussion, replenishment, repair or root-cause analysis.
- Prevention notes: sample approval, QC checkpoint, packing instruction or repeat-order specification update.

## Review Flow

1. Gather order number, SKU, carton details, photos, videos and affected quantity.
2. Check against specification, approved sample, label file, packing record and inspection note.
3. Separate material, production, packing, logistics, receiving and documentation issues.
4. Update the spec, sample note, QC checkpoint or packing instruction for future orders.
